橘紅(學名 Citrus reticulata ‘Rubra’),別稱紅橘皮、紅橘、紅陳皮,為芸香科常綠喬木,其成熟果實去瓤曬乾後呈紅橙色至深紅色,果皮厚而芳香。常見種類有廣橘紅、新會橘紅、四川橘紅及野生橘紅,五色主要對應紅色。

性味歸經:橘紅性溫,味辛、苦、甘,入脾、肺、胃經。中醫認為其具有理氣健脾、燥濕化痰、理氣化瘀、止咳化痰之功效。《本草綱目》記載「橘紅理氣化痰,健脾和胃,止咳消食」,適合脾胃氣滯、食積胸脘脹悶、痰多咳嗽者。

功效方面,橘紅含揮發油、黃酮類、檸檬苦素及有機酸,能促進胃腸蠕動、改善消化、化痰止咳、增強食慾及抗氧化。

應用上,橘紅可入藥煎服、泡茶、製作藥膳或調味,如橘紅陳皮茶、橘紅燉排骨、橘紅果醬,也常與半夏、枳殼、陳皮等配伍,用於理氣健脾、消積化痰、調理腸胃及止咳化痰。
