🠴 Red Lingzhi 🠶

紅靈芝(學名 Ganoderma lucidum),又稱靈芝、赤芝、仙草,為多孔菌科多年生真菌,子實體扇形或半圓形,表面紅褐色、光澤明亮。常見種類有赤靈芝、紫靈芝、黑靈芝及雲芝型靈芝,依生長環境與栽培方式而藥效略有差異。

性味歸經:紅靈芝性平,味甘、微苦,入心、肺、肝經。中醫認為其具補氣安神、養心益腎、潤肺止咳、強化體質之功效。《本草綱目拾遺》記載其「益壽延年,補精益氣」,適合氣血虛弱、失眠或免疫力低下者食用。

功效方面,紅靈芝含有三萜類、多醣體、蛋白質及多種微量元素,能增強免疫力、調節血壓、抗氧化、改善睡眠質量,對心肺健康與肝腎功能具有輔助作用,是中藥材中常用的補益靈芝。

應用上,紅靈芝可泡茶、煮湯、熬膏或製作靈芝粉、靈芝膠囊等保健品,口感略苦但易與蜂蜜、枸杞、紅棗搭配改善風味。亦可入藥膳,與雞肉、排骨或豆類同煮,既可提升營養,又能釋放藥用價值。
