🠴 Rice Sprout 🠶

稻芽(學名 Oryza sativa L. germinatus)為禾本科稻屬稻米經催芽後所得的成熟種子萌芽品。別稱稻麩芽、稻米芽、稻芽麥。常見種類依原稻米品種分為粳稻芽、秈稻芽與糯稻芽,藥性差異不大,多以粳稻芽常用。

五行顏色主要對照:屬黃,應脾土。

性味歸經:性平,味甘,入脾、胃經。

功效與應用:稻芽具健脾和中、消食化滯、理氣除悶之效。常用於飲食不化、脘腹脹滿、乳食積滯、小兒食滯不消等。善消米麵之積,與麥芽同類但偏於和中、不偏燥。臨床多與山楂、神麴同用以消食導滯;治脘悶脹滿可配陳皮、厚朴;小兒食滯可與麥芽、萊菔子合方。煎用宜後下,或炒黃以增健脾力。民間亦將其煎水代茶,助消化、和胃氣。
