🠴 Squid 🠶

花枝(學名 Sepiida)為頭足綱烏賊亞綱的海洋軟體動物,廣泛分布於溫帶及熱帶沿海水域,台灣沿海亦常見。別稱墨魚、魷魚、短尾烏賊,地方上也稱白花枝或竹筒花枝。花枝體呈長圓筒形,頭部有八條短腕與兩條捕食觸腕,外套膜光滑柔軟,內含堅硬烏賊骨支撐體型,皮膚可隨環境及情緒改變色彩,體肉白嫩且富彈性。常見品種依體型與斑紋分為花紋花枝、短尾花枝與箭筒花枝。

五行色彩多對應白色,性味鹹、涼,歸肝腎經。功能包括補腎益精、養血明目、潤腸通便,適合多種料理方式,可清蒸、燒烤、油炸、涼拌,也可入墨汁料理或製作干製品,兼具鮮味與營養價值,深受台灣沿海居民與餐桌喜愛。
