🠴 Patchouli 🠶

廣藿香(地上部)(學名 Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.),為唇形科多年生草本之葉與嫩枝入藥。別稱藿香、土藿香、海藿香。葉卵形具香氣,富揮發油。常見種類包括廣藿香(P. cablin)、藿香(P. amaranthoides),以廣藿香香氣濃厚、含油量高為常用。五行顏色多對應土行之黃。

性味歸經:性微溫,味辛、微苦,入脾、胃、肺經。
藥性與功效:化濕解暑、和中止嘔、芳香化穢。含藿香醇、藿香酮、揮發油等,具抗菌、抗炎、助消化作用。
應用:常用於濕濁中阻、脾胃不和、噁心嘔吐、暑濕倦怠、胸悶不適等。多入藿香正氣散、平胃散。內服煎湯 3–9 克;或搭配半夏、生薑治嘔逆,配佩蘭、厚樸以祛濕解表。宜陰乾保持香氣。
