花生醬,又稱花生泥、花生醬糊、落花生醬,是以烘焙後的花生仁研磨而成的濃稠狀調味品,質地細滑或略帶顆粒,香氣濃郁。依製作方式與口感不同,常見種類有細滑型(Smooth)與顆粒型(Crunchy)兩種;另有甜味型、鹹味型與無糖天然型等變化,適應不同烹調需求。

中醫認為,花生醬性平,味甘,歸脾、肺經。其功效有潤肺化痰、健脾和胃、補血養顏、潤腸通便。花生本身含有豐富油脂與蛋白質,可補中益氣,對脾胃虛弱或乾燥便秘者頗有助益。
