🠴 紅目鰱 🠶

學名:Priacanthus macracanthus 別稱:紅目鰱、紅目鱸、紅目鯛、赤眼魚,屬於鱸形目(Perciformes)紅魚科(Priacanthidae)。體呈長橢圓形,體色鮮紅,鱗片細緻,眼睛特大且明亮,為夜行性魚類特徵。多棲息於沿岸岩礁與砂泥交界地帶,分布於台灣西南及東部海域,夜間覓食小魚與甲殼類。

常見種類:除紅目鰱外,台灣近海尚見Priacanthus tayenus(細鰭紅目鰱)與P. hamrur(大紅目鰱)等種類。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、鮮,歸脾、胃經。

功效:有補氣健脾、養血明目、滋陰潤燥之效。魚肉細嫩,富含蛋白質與維生素A、D,有助於改善視力與增強體力,適合體虛、視疲勞者食用。

應用:為台灣常見食用魚,可清蒸、紅燒、煮湯或乾煎。其中以清蒸最能保持其鮮甜與細膩口感。由於眼大如珠、色澤鮮紅,亦常作為節慶餐桌上的吉祥菜餚,象徵「紅運當頭」。
