🠴 Pigeon egg 🠶

學名:Columba livia domestica 別稱:鴿卵、鳩蛋。為家鴿所產之卵,體型較雞蛋小,外殼潔白光滑,質地細膩。因產量稀少,自古被視為珍貴補品,常入藥膳食療之用。

常見種類:依鴿品種可分為白鴿蛋、斑鴿蛋、信鴿蛋等;依用途分為食用鴿蛋與觀賞鴿蛋。食用鴿蛋多取自肉鴿,蛋白質含量高且易消化吸收。

性味歸經:性平,味甘,歸肝、腎經。

功效:具有滋陰補腎、益氣養血、安神明目、潤膚養顏之效。《本草綱目拾遺》載:「鳩蛋補虛損,益精血。」適合氣血虧虛、面色萎黃或體弱者食用。能潤肺止咳,助於病後體力恢復。

應用:可煮、蒸、燉湯或製作藥膳,如枸杞鴿蛋湯、銀耳燉鴿蛋等。亦常與中藥材如人參、黃耆搭配,用於補氣養陰、強身復元。因口感細嫩滑潤,常用於高級粥品與養生料理中。
