清水,指無色、無味、透明之水,是生命活動與身體代謝的根本。古人稱「水為萬物之母」,在中醫與養生理論中,水居五行之首,屬腎,主潤下、主藏精,為維繫陰陽平衡的重要元素。

中醫認為,清水性平,味甘,歸肺、腎、膀胱經。具有生津潤燥、解渴除煩、助氣化津、清熱排毒、調和五臟之功效。主治口乾咽燥、熱盛煩渴、小便不利、便秘、痰熱上火等症。入肺經能潤肺止咳、生津止渴;入腎經則滋陰降火、助水利尿;入膀胱經可通利水道、清熱泄濕。晨飲溫水可養胃通便,夜間適量飲水能安神護腎。

現代醫學指出,清水是人體最重要的營養素,佔人體重量約60–70%。適量飲水可促進代謝、排除毒素、調節體溫、維持血液循環與電解質平衡。長期飲水不足則易導致代謝遲緩、皮膚乾燥、腎臟負擔加重。

綜合而言,清水具潤燥解渴、助腎利水、清熱排毒、調理氣血之功效,是最天然的養生之源。每日適量飲用溫水,乃養生保健、延年益壽之本。
