🠴 飛魚 🠶

學名:Exocoetidae 別稱:飛魚、飛烏、飛烏仔、飛鰮,屬於輻鰭魚綱(Actinopterygii)鱸形目(Beloniformes)飛魚科(Exocoetidae)。此科魚類以能「飛躍水面滑翔」聞名,體型修長,胸鰭極為發達如翼,尾鰭下葉延長,用以助推離水。飛魚主要分布於熱帶與亞熱帶海域,在台灣東部、蘭嶼、綠島與恆春海域尤為常見,是南島民族文化與飲食的重要象徵魚種。

常見種類:台灣常見有斑鰭飛魚(Cheilopogon agoo)、大翼飛魚(Cypselurus poecilopterus)、四翼飛魚(Hirundichthys oxycephalus)等。

性味歸經:性平,味甘鹹,入脾、腎經。

功效:具補氣養血、健脾益腎、潤膚強筋骨之效。《本草拾遺》記其「益氣,補虛損,養陰潤燥」。古人視飛魚為上品魚鮮,能補虛益精、助陽氣而不燥。

應用:飛魚可鮮食、鹽漬或曬乾,是蘭嶼達悟族的重要糧食與祭儀食材。魚肉可煮湯、鹽烤、風乾,魚卵則製成珍貴的飛魚卵乾或醬漬魚卵。近年並被用於高蛋白健康食品與海洋文化推廣產品。
