🠴 Fourfinger threadfin 🠶

午仔魚(學名 Eleutheronema tetradactylum),中文常稱四指馬鮁魚、白姑魚、四鬚馬鮁、金線魚,屬於馬鮁魚科(Polynemidae),為暖海性底棲魚類。其體形細長,兩側略扁,體色銀白帶金屬光澤,胸鰭下方有四條細長觸鬚,能探測海底沙泥中的獵物,如小魚、蝦、蟹等,因此得名「Fourfinger」。主要分布於印度洋至西太平洋,包括台灣、東南亞、澳洲與非洲東岸海域。常見種類依分布區域分為印度白姑魚、澳洲白姑魚與台灣白姑魚等地變型。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、微鹹,歸脾、胃、腎經。

其功效為補氣養血、健脾益胃、潤膚養顏、強身益腎,適合體虛、氣血不足、病後調養者食用,對促進代謝與恢復體力有益。

應用方面,此魚肉質細緻、脂肪低、蛋白質高,常用於清蒸、紅燒、乾煎或煮湯。清蒸可保留鮮甜原味,紅燒則增添香氣濃厚。於台灣沿海及東南亞地區為常見食用魚種,也象徵吉祥與豐收。
