🠴 鯽魚 🠶

學名:Carassius auratus
別稱:金魚、鯽魚、公魚、草魚仔、金鯽,屬於鯉形目(Cypriniformes)鯉科(Cyprinidae)鯽屬(Carassius)。原產於東亞地區,為淡水魚,在台灣常見於池塘、水庫及稻田水域,既為觀賞魚亦可食用。其體形橢圓側扁,背部隆起,鱗片細密,顏色隨品種而異,有金黃、紅、白、黑等變化。

常見種類:包括野生鯽魚(原型)、金魚(觀賞型)、銀鯽(金魚品系)等。金魚由古代鯽魚人工馴化而成,分有草金魚、文魚、龍睛、獅頭、珍珠鱗等眾多觀賞品種。

性味歸經:性平,味甘,歸脾、胃、肝經。

功效:具有健脾利水、消腫通乳、補中益氣之功。古籍《本草綱目》記載鯽魚能益氣養脾、利水去濕,適用於脾虛浮腫、產後少乳、飲食不化等症。

應用:肉質細嫩、味甘鮮美,常用於紅燒、清蒸、煮湯、燉粥等。其湯清香潤口,是傳統滋補及產後調理食材。觀賞品系則為世界著名觀賞魚種之一。
