🠴 麥穗魚 🠶

學名:Pseudorasbora parva 別稱:鯽仔魚、白條仔、銀魚仔、白鯽、麥穗魚,屬於鯉形目(Cypriniformes)鯉科(Cyprinidae)鰍鮈屬(Pseudorasbora)。體型細長側扁,體色銀白帶青灰光澤,體長多在10公分以下,屬小型淡水魚。原產於東亞地區,廣泛分布於中國、台灣、日本與韓國等地的溪流、池塘與灌溉渠中。

常見種類:主要為普通鰍鮈(Pseudorasbora parva),另有部分地區性亞種,如台灣鰍鮈,在體色與鱗片大小略有差異。

性味歸經:性平,味甘,歸脾、胃經。

功效:有健脾開胃、補氣益血、強壯筋骨之效。古籍記載此魚“補虛勞,助氣力”,適合體弱或病後食用。魚肉富含優質蛋白質與礦物質,脂肪含量低,易於消化吸收。

應用:常用於煎、炸、燉湯或紅燒,特別是炸至酥脆後整條食用,香氣濃郁。於農村地區常見作為家常小菜或釣魚餌料。其適應力強,繁殖快,亦被視為淡水水域中具有指標性的魚類之一。
