🠴 Lotus Leaf 🠶

荷葉,學名 Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.,別稱 蓮葉、睡蓮葉、藕葉,為蓮科植物荷花之乾燥葉。常見種類以 大葉荷(N. nucifera) 最常用,另有小葉品種或觀賞蓮,藥用以葉片完整、色澤青綠者為佳。五行顏色多屬 木行綠色。

性味 苦、澀,微寒,歸 脾、胃、肝經。藥性清暑利濕、化脂而收澀,兼可升清降濁。其功效 清暑利濕、理氣降脂、止血、解暑除煩,常用於 暑熱煩渴、濕熱泄瀉、痰多肥胖、高血壓、出血症如崩漏、便血。臨床常與 山楂、決明子、薏苡仁 配伍助降脂利濕;治暑熱煩渴可與 西瓜皮、綠豆 同用;止血則配 側柏葉、白茅根。

應用多以煎劑、泡茶或入膳食用,亦可製成荷葉茶以助消脂、清暑。性微寒,脾胃虛寒者慎用。香氣清雅,常用於夏日保健及減脂調理。
