🠴 Trichiurus lepturus 🠶

學名:Trichiurus lepturus
別稱:刀魚、帶子魚、白梳仔、腰帶魚,屬於帶魚科(Trichiuridae)帶魚屬(Trichiurus)。魚體細長如帶,前段略厚,後段逐漸變細呈刀形,體色銀白閃亮,鱗極細或幾乎無鱗,背鰭單一且長。為暖水性中上層洄游魚類,常見於台灣西部沿海、東海與南海一帶。夜間捕食小魚、頭足類及甲殼動物,是常見的經濟魚種。

常見種類:主要為長帶魚(Trichiurus lepturus),此外亦有短帶魚(Trichiurus nanhaiensis)等近似種,依體型長短、厚薄及產地區分。

性味歸經:性溫,味甘鹹,歸脾、胃經。

功效:具補虛養血、健脾益氣、潤膚養顏、強壯筋骨之效。中醫認為帶魚能「補五臟、益氣力」,對氣血不足、體虛羸弱、皮膚乾燥者有助益。

應用:白帶魚肉質細緻、脂肪適中,味道鮮美,常用於煎、炸、燒、蒸或煮湯等料理;尤其「紅燒帶魚」與「煎帶魚」為家常名菜。亦可鹽漬或曬乾製成「帶魚乾」,為南北貨市場常見水產加工品。
