無花果(學名 Ficus carica L.),別稱映日果、蜜果、文仙果,為桑科榕屬落葉小喬木,其果實實為隱花果,外形飽滿似梨,果肉柔軟多籽、味甜如蜜。常見種類有青皮無花果、紫皮無花果、黑蜜無花果、黃金無花果等,依果皮顏色與甜度而分。

性味歸經:無花果性涼,味甘,入脾、胃、大腸經。中醫認為其具潤肺利咽、健脾開胃、清熱解毒、潤腸通便之效。《本草綱目拾遺》載:「無花果甘潤,益肺止咳,健胃解毒。」

功效方面,無花果富含葡萄糖、果糖、膳食纖維、有機酸、礦物質與維生素B群,能促進消化、調理腸胃、降血脂、潤膚養顏。其果膠與酵素有助排便與分解脂肪。

應用上,無花果可鮮食、曬乾、煮茶、熬粥或入甜湯,乾品即無花果乾,常用於潤喉茶飲、藥膳與糕餅製作。果實香甜濃郁、營養豐富,是食療與甜品中常見的養生果材。
