「花生豬腳湯」可是老台灣的靈魂補湯之一呢～

這湯啊，一上桌就有種「媽媽在廚房忙了一整個下午」的香氣。花生燉得軟綿綿，輕輕一壓就化開；豬腳呢，Q彈又入味，膠質滿滿得像是要替你敷臉保養一樣～✨

早年這湯可是「補氣養身」的代表，特別是給坐月子、勞動後或冬天進補用的。花生象徵「生生不息」，豬腳則寓意「行走順利」，所以在一些地方還被視為吉湯，有祝福的味道呢。

台灣民間還有句俏皮話：「吃花生豬腳，走路不會卡卡！」? 意思是吃了筋骨滑順、精神旺盛。煮法各家不同，有人愛加米酒、有人放八角薑片提香；也有人加點醬油燉成琥珀色，看起來就讓人想直接抱著整鍋喝。

一口湯下去，濃中帶甜、滑中透香，那種老味道，真是「幸福有膠感」啊～?
