這碗湯就像夏天裡的小仙女,一身清爽透亮,入口還會輕輕拍你一下說:「別燥啦~喝我一口就涼快啦~」

冬瓜在湯裡可乖了,燉到半透明,咬下去像雲一樣軟綿;排骨則負責撐場,肉香濃郁、湯頭回甘,兩個一搭一唱,就像美味的神仙組合~✨

有的人喜歡加點蝦米提味,有的人放幾片薑去腥,不管哪一派,端上桌時那股清香都能讓人瞬間卸下防備。喝一碗,暑氣退三分,連心情都被湯暖得軟趴趴~?

要形容它?簡單說:不油不膩、清甜順口、可鹹可仙!


Recipe Scription
1將冬瓜去皮、去籽。
2將冬瓜切塊。
3薑切絲(也可切片)。
4排骨切塊。
5切好的排骨放入滾水中汆燙約1-2分鐘,去除血水雜質。
6將排骨撈起備用。
7在湯鍋中加入清水、汆燙過的排骨和薑絲(片),大火煮滾後轉小火,燉煮約20-30分鐘,熬出熬煮排骨高湯。
8將冬瓜塊放入鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續以小火煮約15-20分鐘,直到冬瓜變軟、呈現半透明狀。
9加入適量的鹽和白胡椒粉調味。
