🠴 豬婆參 🠶

學名:Stichopus horrens 別稱:豬婆參、海鼠、灰海參、刺豬婆,屬於棘皮動物門(Echinodermata)海參科(Stichopodidae)海參屬(Stichopus)。其體形肥大、肉質厚實、皮膚粗糙且具小突起,因外觀笨重似豬而得名「豬婆參」。主要分布於台灣南部、澎湖、東沙群島等珊瑚礁海域,以及東南亞、南太平洋等熱帶海區。

常見種類:以Stichopus horrens(灰豬婆參)最常見,另有Stichopus variegatus(花豬婆參)、Stichopus chloronotus(綠豬婆參)等品種,外觀顏色略有差異。

性味歸經:性溫,味鹹,歸腎、心、脾經。

功效:有補腎益精、養血潤燥、強壯筋骨、調理虛損之效。古籍記載豬婆參「補而不燥」,能益氣養陰,適合體虛、久病或產後調理之人食用,亦有助於改善腰膝酸軟、陽痿遺精及氣血不足等症。

應用:常製成乾參或鹽乾品保存,用於燉湯、紅燒或藥膳料理,如豬婆參燉雞湯、豬婆參燉排骨等,兼具滋補與美味。其膠質豐富、口感柔滑,是海參中常見的食補珍品。
