🠴 紅鳳菜 🠶

紅鳳菜(學名 Gynura bicolor (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC.),別稱血皮菜、紫背菜、紅菜仔、紅鳳草,屬菊科(Asteraceae)菊苣屬多年生草本植物。其葉上表面綠色、背面紫紅,莖紫紅色富汁液。臺灣常見種類有紫背紅鳳菜、綠背紅鳳菜與野生紅鳳菜,多生長於溫暖潮濕地區。

性味歸經:性涼,味甘、微苦,入肝、脾經。具涼血止血、活血化瘀、清熱解毒、潤肺止咳之功。《台灣本草》記載其「涼血消腫,治瘀止血」。

功效方面,紅鳳菜富含花青素、葉綠素、鐵、鈣及維生素C,能促進血液循環、調理貧血、強化免疫力,並有抗氧化與護肝作用。

應用上,紅鳳菜常用於清炒、燙青、煮湯或涼拌,葉質柔嫩、味甘微澀。民間常搭配薑片或枸杞煮食以平衡寒性,亦可作為補血養生的蔬菜選項。
