🠴 Hawthorn 🠶

山楂(學名 Crataegus pinnatifida),別稱山里紅、紅果、山紅果,為薔薇科落葉灌木或小喬木,其成熟果實呈紅色至深紅色,果形圓或扁球形,果肉酸甜可口。常見種類有野生山楂、北方山楂、南方山楂、山楂片及栽培品種山楂,五色主要對應紅色。

性味歸經:山楂性微溫,味酸、甘、微苦,入脾、胃、肝經。中醫認為其具有消食化積、活血化瘀、健脾開胃、降脂解毒之功效。《本草綱目》記載「山楂消食、活血、止瀉」,適合食積脹滿、消化不良、血瘀瘀滯及脂肪積聚者。

功效方面,山楂含有黃酮類、有機酸、三萜類及多種維生素,能促進胃腸蠕動、增進消化、活血化瘀、降低血脂、抗氧化及改善心血管功能。

應用上,山楂可入藥煎服、泡茶、製作果膏或藥膳,如山楂茶、山楂片、山楂燉肉、山楂糕,也常與神麴、麥芽、茯苓配伍,用於健脾消食、化瘀止痛及助消化。
