🠴 White Scallion 🠶

蔥白(學名 Allium fistulosum var. caespitosum),又稱青蔥、蔥頭、蔥白段,是百合科蔥屬多年生草本植物的鱗莖部分。常見品種有大蔥、長蔥、白蔥,色澤由白至淡綠不等。

藥性方面,蔥白性溫,味辛,入肺、胃經。中醫認為其能發散風寒、通陽解表、溫中止嘔、行氣解毒。對感冒初起、胸腹寒痛及寒性食積有輔助調理作用。

功效上,蔥白富含揮發油、硫化物、維生素C及多種礦物質,能促進血液循環、增強食慾、抗菌消炎、解表散寒。常用於風寒感冒、咳嗽痰多、胃寒腹痛或外傷感染的輔助食療。

應用上,蔥白可切段煮湯、入菜、泡茶或研末調味,也可與薑、紅棗、枸杞、黃耆等藥材搭配入藥膳,增強發汗解表、溫中止痛、行氣活血作用。味道辛香,適合日常調理和烹飪使用。
