🠴 紅棗 🠶

紅棗,又稱大棗、乾棗、美棗,為鼠李科植物棗(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)之成熟果實,經乾燥後所得。果形圓或長橢圓,皮色紅亮、肉厚味甜,是常見的補益食材與藥材。常見種類有金絲棗、貢棗、駱駝棗、灰棗、長棗等,其中金絲棗肉厚甜潤,藥食並佳。

中醫認為,紅棗性溫,味甘,歸脾、胃經,有補中益氣、養血安神、和脾調中、緩和藥性之功。常用於治療脾胃虛弱、氣血不足、心神不安、婦女經虛等症。紅棗入藥可與人參、黃耆同用以補氣養血,與當歸、熟地搭配可強化養血安神之效。

應用方面,紅棗既是藥材亦為食材,常用於煮湯、熬粥、泡茶、燉品及甜湯。在中藥方中多作調和諸藥之用,減輕藥物辛烈刺激性。民間常搭配枸杞、桂圓、黑棗等共同煎服以補氣養血;亦可入糕餅、糖漿作為養生食品。紅棗還可製成棗泥、棗酒、棗醬,增香滋補。
