🠴 Kudzu Root 🠶

粉葛(學名 Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi)為豆科葛屬多年生攀緣草本植物,原產於中國長江流域,廣泛分布於東亞及東南亞地區。別稱葛根、葛粉、野葛。藥用部位為塊根,呈圓柱形或紡錘形,表面灰白至淡黃褐色,質地堅實,味甘、微辛,帶澱粉性滑潤感。常見種類包括野葛(P. lobata var. thomsonii,塊根大,澱粉含量高)、粉葛(P. lobata var. lobata,澱粉質柔軟,藥用價值高)、川葛(產四川,塊根較小,適合製粉)。

五行顏色主要對照的顏色:白色對應金,象徵解肌發表、升陽生津。

性味歸經:性微寒,味甘,歸肺、脾、胃經。

功效與應用:粉葛具有解肌發汗、升陽生津、透疹止渴、降血壓、緩解酒精中毒的功效。常用於感冒發熱、頭痛、項強、口渴、酒精中毒、脾胃虛弱等症。可煎水內服,亦可製成葛根粉沖服,或配伍生薑、桂枝、麻黃等增強解表效果。現代研究表明粉葛含異黃酮、葛根素及多糖類,具有擴張血管、降血糖、保肝及抗炎作用。
