🠴 Tartary Buckwheat 🠶

金蕎麥(學名 Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn.)為蓼科蕎麥屬一年生或二年生草本植物,廣泛分布於中國西北、東北及喜馬拉雅山區。別稱黑蕎麥、苦蕎麥、蕎麥根。藥用部位主要為種子和全草,種子呈三角形,表面黃褐色至深棕色,質堅實,味微苦而甘。常見種類包括高原金蕎麥(F. tataricum)、普通蕎麥(F. esculentum)。

五行顏色主要對照的顏色:黃褐色對應土,象徵健脾益胃、穩固體質。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、微苦,歸脾、胃、肝經。

功效與應用:金蕎麥具有健脾補氣、利水消腫、清熱解毒的功效。常用於脾虛氣短、水腫腹脹、高血壓及糖尿病輔助治療。可用煎水內服、研末沖服或製成蕎麥茶,亦常與山藥、黃耆等藥物同用,以增強補益效果。現代研究指出,其含豐富黃酮類物質,有助於抗氧化及降血脂。
