🠴 Chinese Yam Rhizome 🠶

綿萆薢(學名 Dioscorea nipponica Makino)為薯蕷科薯蕷屬多年生纏繞草本植物,廣布於中國東北、華北及西南山區,韓國、日本亦有分布。別稱土薯蕷、土伏龍、黃精薯。常見種類有華北綿萆薢(D. nipponica)與南方萆薢(D. tokoro Makino),前者根莖肥厚、粉質足、藥效佳,為常用正品。藥用部位為乾燥根莖,外皮黃褐,斷面白粉質,氣微香、味苦。

五行顏色主要對照的顏色:綿萆薢根呈黃白色,屬土,應脾與胃,具化濕祛風之功;其色帶淡黃,通脾運濕,亦應於土克濕邪,象徵健脾祛濕、通絡止痺之性。

性味歸經:性平,味苦、微甘,歸肝、腎、膀胱經。

藥性:祛風濕、分清濁、利關節、解毒止痛。

功效與應用:綿萆薢主治風濕痺痛、下肢沉重、筋骨疼痛、白濁帶下、膝腫尿濁及濕熱淋證。常配伍薏苡仁、茯苓以健脾滲濕;與防己、羌活同用治風濕痺痛;入《萆薢分清飲》治下焦濕熱、白濁尿混。現代研究顯示綿萆薢含薯蕷皂苷、甾醇及多糖成分,具抗炎、鎮痛、利尿及免疫調節作用。
