🠴 Katsumadai Seed 🠶

草豆蔻(學名 Alpinia katsumadai Hayata)為薑科山姜屬多年生草本,主要分布於中國南方及東南亞地區。別稱豆蔻、草寇、豆寇子。常見種類以成熟乾燥種子入藥,果實近球形,外表黃褐或棕褐色,種子多角狀,具芳香辛辣味,含揮發油、單萜與倍半萜類成分。藥用部位為乾燥成熟果實。

五行顏色主要對照的顏色:草豆蔻呈黃褐色,屬土,應脾,象徵化濕醒脾、和胃止嘔,黃色之氣助於健運脾胃、祛濕散寒。

性味歸經:性溫,味辛,歸脾、胃經。

藥性:化濕行氣、溫中止嘔、燥濕散寒。

功效與應用:草豆蔻主治脾胃濕阻、胸膈痞滿、噁心嘔吐及寒濕中阻。常與厚朴、白豆蔻同用以化濕行氣、寬胸除滿;與乾薑、半夏配伍治胃寒嘔逆;與藿香、佩蘭並用可芳香化濕、改善食慾不振。現代研究顯示其所含揮發油具抗菌、助消化及抑制胃腸痙攣等作用。
