🠴 Toosendan Fruit 🠶

川楝子(學名 Melia toosendan Sieb. et Zucc.)為楝科苦楝屬落葉喬木的成熟果實,主要分布於中國中南部、西南及華東地區。別稱金鈴子、楝實、苦楝子。常見種類以*川楝(Melia toosendan)*的乾燥果實入藥,果實球形,表面黃褐至棕褐色,內含揮發油、苦楝素(toosendanin)、楝苦素及三萜類成分。藥用部位為成熟果實,秋季採收乾燥。

五行顏色主要對照的顏色:川楝子呈黃褐色,屬土,應脾與肝,象徵疏肝理氣、止痛驅蟲,黃色之氣助緩中和胃、散結止痛。

性味歸經:性寒,味苦,歸肝、小腸經。

藥性:疏肝理氣、止痛、殺蟲。

功效與應用:川楝子主治肝氣鬱結所致脅痛、胃脘脹痛、經閉痛經及蟲積腹痛。常與香附、延胡索同用以疏肝理氣止痛;與枳殼、青皮配伍治脅肋脹滿;與雷丸、使君子同用可驅蛔殺蟲;亦可入金鈴子散治胃脘脹痛、肝胃不和。現代研究指出川楝子含三萜與苦楝素具有鎮痛、抗菌及驅蟲活性,但大劑量可能具神經毒性,需依方劑規範使用。
