🠴 Red Cardamom 🠶

紅豆蔻(學名 Amomum villosum Lour.)為薑科豆蔻屬多年生草本植物成熟種子。別稱南紅豆蔻、羊角豆蔻、紅豆蔻仁。常見種類包括廣南紅豆蔻(A. villosum var. xanthioides)、海南紅豆蔻(A. villosum 原變種),以廣南紅豆蔻果實較大、香氣濃郁、藥性佳。果實外殼紅褐色,種子黑色,味辛香。

五行顏色主要對照:紅色,應火。

性味歸經:性溫,味辛、香,入脾、胃、腎經。

功效與應用:紅豆蔻具有溫中行氣、消食化滯、止嘔止瀉、暖脾胃之功。主治脾胃虛寒、食積腹脹、噯氣、嘔吐、泄瀉、寒濕腹痛。常用於理氣和中、溫胃消滯方,如配肉桂、砂仁、丁香;治寒濕泄瀉可與乾薑、白朮搭配;治噯氣嘔吐可與半夏、陳皮同用。多入丸、散或煎劑,也可研粉泡茶,兼具食療與藥用功能。
