🠴 Radish Seed 🠶

萊菔子(學名 Raphanus sativus L.)為十字花科蘿蔔屬植物蘿蔔的成熟乾燥種子。別稱蘿蔔子、蘿蔔仁、芦菔子。常見種類包括白蘿蔔子、青皮蘿蔔子與紅皮蘿蔔子,以粒圓飽滿、色黃褐或棕褐、氣清者為佳。種子多呈卵形或長圓形,味辛微苦。

五行顏色主要對照:黃褐色,應土。

性味歸經:性平,味辛、苦、甘,入肺、脾、胃經。

功效與應用:萊菔子具有消食化積、降氣化痰、寬中下氣之功。主治食積脹滿、胸悶噯氣、痰多咳嗽、嘔逆反胃。常用於消食導滯方,如配神曲、麥芽;治痰滯咳嗽可與半夏、陳皮同用;治氣滯脹滿可與木香、枳實搭配。萊菔子生用偏消食化痰,炒用則緩和其破氣力,適合脾胃虛弱者。多入煎劑、丸散或藥膳,如萊菔子茶、蘿蔔子粥,用於改善積滯脹滿與痰氣壅塞。
