葶藶子（學名 Lepidium apetalum Willd.）為十字花科一年生或二年生草本植物，原產中國北方及東北地區。別稱葶藶、白葶藶。常見種類主要以種子入藥，藥用部位為成熟果實。

性味歸經：性平，味辛、苦，歸肺、腎、膀胱經。

功效與應用：葶藶子具有利水消腫、通利二便、祛痰排膿作用。臨床常用於水腫、小便不利、痰多咳嗽、膿瘡腫毒等症。可研末沖服或煎湯，亦可配合其他利水或通便藥材使用。
