🠴 洛神花 🠶

洛神花(學名:Hibiscus sabdariffa),又名玫瑰茄、紅角葵、洛神葵,為錦葵科植物之花萼,色澤鮮紅、味酸微甘,常被製成花茶、果醬或蜜餞,兼具觀賞與食療價值。其酸中帶香,能生津解渴,是夏季清涼養生飲品的重要素材。

中醫認為,洛神花性涼,味酸、甘,歸肝、胃經。具有清熱解暑、生津止渴、利尿消腫、降脂養肝之功效。主治口渴咽乾、食慾不振、肝熱目赤、高血壓、高血脂、浮腫尿少等症。入肝經能清肝瀉火、調和氣血;入胃經可和中止渴、促進消化。其酸能收斂養陰,有助於生津潤燥、緩解疲勞。

現代營養學研究指出,洛神花富含花青素、有機酸、維生素C、多酚類與植物黃酮,具抗氧化、降血壓、降血脂、護肝、抗發炎與抗菌等作用。長期飲用洛神花茶可幫助改善代謝、促進循環、維持心血管健康。
