羅漢果(學名 Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey ex A.M. Lu)為葫蘆科羅漢果屬植物成熟果實的乾製品。別稱拉汗果、假苦瓜、仙果。常見種類包括桂林羅漢果、永福羅漢果與無籽羅漢果,以果大、皮褐黃、內瓤金褐、甜度高者為佳。果實球形或長圓球形,表面褐黃色,味甘甜。

性味歸經:性涼,味甘,入肺、大腸經。

功效與應用:羅漢果具有清熱潤肺、化痰止咳、潤腸通便之功。主治肺熱咳嗽、痰黃粘稠、咽喉乾痛、熱病耗津及腸燥便秘。常用於清肺止咳方,如配桔梗、胖大海;治火熱咽痛可與金銀花、菊花同用;治腸燥便秘可與火麻仁、郁李仁搭配。羅漢果多以泡茶方式使用,亦可煎湯入藥,或作食療甜品,如羅漢果燉雪梨、羅漢果茶,用於清熱生津、潤肺化痰與改善腸道功能。
