🠴 Black Sugar 🠶

黑糖,又稱赤砂糖、黑砂糖、粗糖、原蔗糖,是以甘蔗汁經熬煮濃縮後未經精煉而成的糖類。因保留糖蜜成分,色澤呈深褐至黑色,質地濕潤、味甘帶焦香。常見種類有台灣黑糖、沖繩黑糖、紅糖型黑糖、黑糖磚等;依製法又可分為塊狀黑糖與粉狀黑糖。

中醫認為,黑糖性溫,味甘,歸脾、胃、肝經。其功效有補中益氣、活血化瘀、緩痛散寒、潤肺生津。常用於婦女經期腹痛、氣血不足、產後調理、寒冷體質者。黑糖性溫而不燥,可補氣血而不生熱,並助於脾胃運化。

在應用上,黑糖為食療與甜品常用材料。可沖水飲用,或加入薑湯、甜湯、豆花、糕點、黑糖珍珠等中式甜品中,增添濃郁香氣與暖身效果。亦常用於藥膳與養生茶飲,如黑糖桂圓紅棗茶,用於補血安神、暖宮散寒。此外,黑糖亦可製成黑糖糕、黑糖饅頭等傳統點心,兼具營養與風味。
