🠴 鱉 🠶

學名:Pelodiscus sinensis 別稱:甲魚、水魚、團魚、元魚、腳魚、王八,屬於爬行綱(Reptilia)龜鱉目(Testudines)鱉科(Trionychidae)鱉屬(Pelodiscus)。為淡水棲息動物,分布於中國、日本、韓國與台灣各地河川、池塘及水庫中。背甲扁平柔軟,呈橄欖綠至灰褐色,體型圓闊,鼻端細長,性情警覺善潛。

常見種類:主要為中華鱉(P. sinensis),另有少見的斑鱉(Amyda cartilaginea)與越南鱉(P. maackii)等。中華鱉為食用與藥用主要來源,養殖普遍。

性味歸經:性平偏寒,味甘、鹹,歸肝、腎經。

功效:有滋陰涼血、補腎健骨、養肝潛陽、軟堅散結之效。中醫常以鱉甲入藥,治陰虛潮熱、骨蒸勞熱、肝陽上亢、瘰癧結核等症。鱉肉富含蛋白質與膠質,能養血補虛、強筋健體。

應用:鱉肉常見於燉湯、紅燒、藥膳中,如「鱉湯補氣」、「鱉甲膠」等。食療中與枸杞、黃耆、黨參同煮可增補益之效。古籍《本草綱目》載其“滋陰補虛,益精強骨”,為傳統養生珍品。
