🠴 False kelpfish 🠶

學名:Sebastiscus albofasciatus 別稱:白帶花斑魚、紅花斑、白帶鮋、赤石斑,屬鱸形目(Perciformes)鮋科(Scorpaenidae)。其體側具明顯白色橫帶或斑紋,體色多為紅褐或橘紅,背鰭棘強,體表覆有細小鱗片。為底棲性魚類,常棲息於近岸岩礁、港灣與沙岩交界處,活動於10至100公尺深海域,分布於台灣、日本、東海及南海地區。

常見種類:與花斑鮋(Sebastiscus marmoratus)同屬,外觀相似但白帶更明顯,亦有區域性變異種,如日本白帶鮋與南海白帶鮋。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、微鹹,歸脾、胃經。

功效:具補氣養血、健脾開胃、強筋壯骨之效,可助於虛勞體弱、食慾不振與氣血不足。魚肉細嫩,富含蛋白質、鈣磷及不飽和脂肪酸,有助促進新陳代謝與修復組織。

應用:白帶花斑魚常以清蒸、紅燒、味噌湯或火鍋烹調,肉質緊實而鮮甜。魚骨與魚頭常被用於熬湯滋補,為台灣與日本沿岸地區受歡迎之家常及高檔料理魚種。
