羅非魚(學名 Oreochromis mossambicus 及其雜交種),別稱非洲鯽、吳郭魚、非洲鱸魚,屬於慈鯛科(Cichlidae)魚類。原產於非洲,20世紀中期引入台灣與亞洲各地,現為重要的淡水養殖魚種。體型側扁而高,背鰭長,體色依品種與水質可呈灰黑、金黃或紅色。常見種類包括莫三比克羅非魚、尼羅羅非魚、紅羅非魚與雜交羅非魚等。

性味歸經:性平,味甘,歸脾、胃、腎經。

功效方面,羅非魚有補氣養血、健脾益胃、潤膚養顏、促進組織修復之效,民間常視為病後或產後補養之魚。魚肉含豐富蛋白質與礦物質,性質溫和不燥,適合體弱者食用。

應用上,羅非魚肉質細嫩、刺少味鮮,適合清蒸、煮湯、煎烤、紅燒或製成魚排。在台灣常見料理如「清蒸吳郭魚」與「糖醋魚排」,亦被加工為魚丸、魚片等。由於適應力強、養殖容易,羅非魚為台灣重要的民生與出口養殖魚類之一。
