🠴 White Cardamom 🠶

豆蔻(學名 Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep.,部分藥用亦用 Amomum compactum Soland. ex Maton)為薑科豆蔻屬植物之乾燥近成熟果實。別稱白豆蔻、小豆蔻、寇仁。果呈橢圓形,淡黃白或淡褐色,具芳香辛香氣。常見種類有白豆蔻(藥用主流)、草豆蔻與縮砂密(同科近似藥材但功效略異),以白豆蔻香氣清純者品質最佳。

五行顏色主要對照:多屬白色,應金。

性味歸經:性溫,味辛,入脾、胃、肺經。

功效與應用:豆蔻具化濕行氣、溫中止嘔、開胃消食之效。主用於濕濁中阻之脘痞脹悶、食積不化、胃寒嘔吐、口中穢氣、痰濁阻胃、疳積等。治脾胃濕阻可配藿香、佩蘭;治胃寒嘔逆可同生薑、半夏;治食滯脹悶可與砂仁、木香同用。宜後下以保持芳香化濁之性,亦常研末入丸散。日常入香料亦可理氣醒脾。
