🠴 Chinese Olive 🠶

青果(學名 Canarium album (Lour.) Raeusch.)為橄欖科橄欖屬植物青果的成熟果實,乾用或鮮用皆可。別稱白欖、青欖、橄欖實。常見種類包括廣東青果、福建青果與海南青果,以果大、皮薄、肉脆、味甘澀者為佳。果實長橢圓形,表面青綠至黃綠,肉質緻密。

五行顏色主要對照:青綠色,應木。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、澀,入肺、胃經。

功效與應用:青果具有清熱生津、利咽開音、解酒毒之功。主治咽喉腫痛、聲音嘶啞、口渴煩熱、酒毒脹悶、痰火鬱結。常用於清咽利喉方,可與胖大海、羅漢果同用;治口渴煩熱可搭麥冬、石斛;解酒毒則可與葛根、白豆蔻同煎。青果多以鮮品含化、煎湯或作青果茶;乾果亦可入膏滋或丸散。
