🠴 Terapon jarbua 🠶

學名:Terapon jarbua
別稱:花身雞魚、斑雞魚、虎皮魚、雞仔魚、三線雞魚,屬於鱸形目(Perciformes)雞魚科(Terapontidae)。體形橢圓側扁,體色銀白,具三條明顯黑褐色橫帶,自眼後斜向尾柄,尾鰭具黑緣,故有「三線雞魚」之名。分布於印度洋至西太平洋沿岸,台灣各地近海、潟湖、河口皆可見,屬廣鹹性魚類,能在淡水、半鹹水與海水間活動。

常見種類:除 T. jarbua 外,亦有相似的斑雞魚(T. theraps)與條紋雞魚(T. puta)等近緣種。

性味歸經:性平,味甘、鮮,歸脾、胃經。

功效:具健脾開胃、補虛益氣、養血強身之效。魚肉細嫩且富含優質蛋白、鈣、磷與維生素B群,有助於促進食慾、增強體力,並適合術後、產後或體弱者食用。

應用:常見於煎、烤、紅燒、清蒸等料理方式,亦可入湯或鹽漬風乾。由於其肉質緊實、味道清甜,是台灣南部及東南亞沿岸地區常見的家常魚與市集魚種。
