🠴 海鱺魚 🠶

學名:Rachycentron canadum (Linnaeus, 1766) 別稱:黑鰺、軍曹魚、海鱧、立魚、黑鱺。為海鱺科唯一的魚種,體型長大、肌肉厚實,為高經濟價值之暖海魚類。

常見種類:目前僅此一種海鱺 (Rachycentron canadum),但依地區可分為野生海鱺與養殖海鱺兩類。台灣南部與東部海域常見,亦為重要養殖魚種。

性味歸經:性平,味甘;歸脾、胃經。

功效:有補氣養血、強壯筋骨、健脾益胃之效。其肉質細嫩富含優質蛋白、維生素A與D,對體虛勞損、氣血不足者具滋補作用。民間亦認為食之可改善疲倦與增強體力。

應用:海鱺肉可紅燒、清蒸、煮湯或作刺身食用,味道鮮甜且油脂豐富。魚肚富含膠質,可煮湯養顏潤膚;魚骨則可熬湯補鈣。其魚肝含油量高,富DHA與EPA,有助心血管健康,惟膽固醇較高者宜適量食用。
