🠴 Red Tangerine Peel 🠶

化橘紅(學名 Citrus reticulata Blanco var. aurantium Swingle)為芸香科柑橘屬植物成熟果皮及果實加工製品。別稱陳皮橘紅、橘紅、化橘紅果。常見種類包括川化橘紅(四川產)、雲南化橘紅、陳化橘紅,以四川化橘紅果實大、皮厚、香氣濃者品質佳。果皮橙紅色,質韌而芳香,內含揮發油及類黃酮。

五行顏色主要對照:橙紅色,應火。

性味歸經:性溫,味苦、辛,入肺、脾經。

功效與應用:化橘紅具有理氣化痰、寬胸消積、化瘀止咳之功。主治胸膈痞滿、咳嗽痰多、脾胃氣滯、食積脹痛。常用於化痰止咳方,如配半夏、陳皮;治胸悶食滯可與枳實、厚朴同用;亦可與蘇葉、桔梗配伍以增強理氣化痰。化橘紅可研末入丸散、泡茶或煎劑服用,也常用於製作藥膳,如橘紅糖水、橘紅茶,兼具食療與藥用功能。
