🠴 Dandelion 🠶

蒲公英(全草、根)(學名 Taraxacum officinale F.H. Wigg),為菊科多年生草本,葉基生呈蓮座狀,花黃色,果實冠毛球狀。別稱王留根、婆婆丁、牛蹄草。常見種類包括蒲公英(T. officinale)、細葉蒲公英(T. mongolicum)、小葉蒲公英(T. erythrospermum),以蒲公英全草或根均可入藥。五行顏色多屬 木行之青綠。

性味歸經:性寒,味甘、苦,入肝、胃、肺經。
藥性與功效:清熱解毒、利尿通淋、消腫散結、疏肝利膽。含多糖、黃酮、揮發油及皂苷,具有抗炎、利尿、保肝、抗菌及輕度降血脂作用。
應用:常用於乳腺炎、肝膽濕熱、瘡腫疔瘡、尿路感染、黃疸、食積腹脹。煎服 10–20 克;乳腺炎可配蒲公英與魚腥草、金銀花;治濕熱黃疸可配茵陳、梔子;外用可搗敷瘡腫或皮膚炎症。春、夏採集全草,秋採根,洗淨陰乾入藥。
