五香粉是一種中式傳統複合香料,常由花椒、八角、桂皮、丁香、茴香等五種主要香料調配而成,亦有地區差異添加陳皮、肉豆蔻或乾薑等。其香氣濃郁醇厚,具辛香甘甜之味,廣泛應用於滷味、烤肉、炸物及各式醬料中,能增添食物層次與溫暖氣息。

中醫理論認為,五香粉所含諸香料多性溫熱,味辛甘,共同歸脾、胃、腎經。其功效為溫中散寒、行氣止痛、開胃健脾、驅寒解表。能促進血液循環,增強食慾,改善脾胃虛寒、腹脹冷痛及消化不良。花椒能溫中止痛,八角行氣解滯,桂皮溫腎助陽,丁香暖胃降逆,茴香舒肝理氣,五味相合,既能補中氣,又可祛寒濕。

現代研究指出,五香粉中含有豐富的揮發油及抗氧化物質,具抗菌、防腐、促進新陳代謝等作用。適量使用能刺激味覺與消化液分泌,有助於提升食慾與消化效率。
