🠴 禿參 🠶

學名:Stichopus horrens 別稱:禿參、海黃瓜、糙參、光身海參,屬於海參綱(Holothuroidea)棘參科(Stichopodidae)。體形短胖,表面具顆粒狀突起但缺乏明顯棘刺,呈灰褐或黃褐色,質地柔軟。棲息於熱帶珊瑚礁或砂泥底海域,廣泛分布於台灣南部、東南亞與南太平洋地區。

常見種類:除禿參外,常見食用種尚有刺參(Apostichopus japonicus)、**豬婆參(Thelenota ananas)**等,皆為重要的海參類資源。

性味歸經:性溫,味甘、鹹,歸腎、心、脾經。

功效:具補腎益精、養血潤燥、強壯筋骨之效,可增強體力、補虛損、促進康復。古籍稱其能「補而不燥、潤而不膩」,適合久病體弱與年長者食用。

應用:禿參為高級滋補海產,常以乾製海參入藥或烹飪。食用前須泡發後煮燉,可與雞、排骨或人參同煮;粵菜與台菜中常見之「螺參燉雞」、「紅燒海參」即以此為主要原料。
