🠴 Blue mackerel 🠶

學名:Scomber australasicus 別稱:南方花鯖、南鯖、藍點鯖、青花魚,屬鯖科(Scombridae)鯖屬(Scomber)。主要分布於台灣、日本、澳洲、紐西蘭及西太平洋沿岸等溫暖海域,為近海中上層洄游魚類。其體形細長呈紡錘狀,體背藍綠色具黑藍色波紋,腹部銀白並常見藍色小斑點,是東亞與南洋地區常見的經濟魚。

常見種類:南方花鯖為主要代表,與**日本鯖(Scomber japonicus)**相近但體色更亮、斑紋較細密,另在澳洲水域也有區域性亞種分布。

性味歸經:性平,味甘鹹,歸脾、胃經。

功效:有益氣補血、健脾養胃、潤膚養顏、強身補虛之效,古法中視為可「養血潤肌、補氣益髓」之食魚。

應用:肉質細嫩、油脂豐富,適合鹽烤、煎、滷、紅燒或味噌煮;亦常製作成鯖壽司、魚乾、罐頭等。其魚油香氣濃郁、脂肪分佈均勻,是日本料理與台灣家常菜中常見的優質魚材。
