🠴 Light Brown Sugar 🠶

二號砂糖,又稱「粗砂糖」或「次精砂糖」,是蔗糖經壓榨、煮煉、結晶後,去除部分雜質與糖蜜而成的中度精煉糖。其顆粒比白砂糖稍大,色澤微黃,甜味溫潤柔和,常用於烹飪、醃製及甜點製作。《本草綱目》載:「白砂糖,味甘性平,潤肺生津,和中緩急。」二號砂糖屬同類性質,僅精煉程度略低,保留部分蔗糖原始風味與礦物質。

中醫認為,二號砂糖性平,味甘,歸脾、肺經。具有補中益氣、潤肺生津、緩和藥性、解毒止痛之功效。能緩解口乾咽燥、氣虛乏力、脾胃不和、咳嗽痰少等症。入脾經可補氣養中,入肺經可潤肺止咳,並可協調藥性,使方劑緩和不烈。

現代營養學指出,二號砂糖主要成分為蔗糖,能迅速補充能量,促進腦部與肌肉運作。因保留微量礦物質如鈣、鉀、鎂,較白糖營養價值略高。

綜上所述,二號砂糖性味平和,既具補益與潤燥之效,又能調味和中,適量食用可補氣生津、改善倦怠與口乾,為日常烹調中兼具滋潤與能量補給的良品。
